Vision of Hiroshima PS

Hiroshima P.S. established 33 years ago, starting with the manufacture of automobile parts.
We have improved our in-house technology such as development, design and manufacturing and working on manufacturing racks and module trollies.
And we are currently working hard to automation of logistics sites such as AGV maintenance development.
With the slogan "Make logistics easy! Everyone is our excellent human resource", we aim to create a sustainable society in the transportation field by coexisting with robots and human skills.

We provide products which are safe and easy to operate "loading" "carrying" "unloading"

Rack & Module trolley

We manufacture custom-made trollies. Space utilization system racks can be also manufactured.

4WS trolley

We have ease to use 4WS trollies which are excellent in mass transport, ratability, followability, and quietness.

Smart on-site logistics™

We develop equipment for AGVs and unmanned carts that automate transportation and transfer according to each factory layout.

PROBLEM RESPONSE SYSTEM

About the defect response system

In Hiroshima PS, we place importance on "immediate defect response" by using quality management system.

In the unlikely event that an unexpected defect is discovered in order production, we have trained human resources who can respond immediately as an interim measure, and will immediately go to the customer.
All products are fully inspected during final shipment, so we will confirm when, where and how the problem occurred based on the drawings and the content of the meeting, and then take measures to address the problem in the future.
As a permanent measure after the decision to take countermeasures, a troubleshooting manual will be prepared to prevent the same problems from occurring, and efforts will be made to improve the quality of products and services.

Hiroshima PS applies for patents for the purpose of protecting its technology and intellectual property.
