In the Manufacturing Department, there are three main stages of on-site work (welding, painting, and assembly). Currently, a mid-level employee in their sixth year is rotating through each stage as part of the job rotation system.
By mastering the assembly and painting processes, not only do they improve their skills, but they also gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire production process. This enables them to advance to the next stage, which motivates them to work diligently.
