On Friday, September 6, a tour of model companies accepting foreign workers with specified skills was held at our company, organized by Hiroshima Prefecture.

A total of 24 people (including related parties) visited our company and participated in the company briefing and factory tour. During the subsequent Q&A session, we received numerous questions from the visitors, and we responded to each one by explaining our approach and the thought process that led to it. It was a very valuable time for our company
as well.

NHK Hiroshima also came to cover the event, and it was featured in the program “Okonomi Wide Hiroshima.”
