We are pleased to announce that our company is currently welcoming one international student from Hiroshima University as an intern, as part of the Hiroshima City Long-Term Paid Internship and Work Experience Program.

The internship period runs for ten days starting on February 2. Prior to joining us, the student shared their motivation for applying, stating that they were particularly drawn to the opportunity to experience both sales and manufacturing on-site, and to gain a deeper understanding of “monozukuri” (Japanese manufacturing and craftsmanship).

Based on these interests, we have designed a program tailored to the intern’s goals. During the internship, the student will engage in hands-on manufacturing activities while also working on addressing challenges faced by our company. On the final day, the intern is scheduled to deliver a presentation to our executive team.

In addition, the intern is participating in meetings with visiting clients and attending business discussions, providing firsthand experience of the sales process and the flow of commercial negotiations.

We will continue to value collaboration with educational institutions and local communities, while remaining committed to nurturing the next generation of talent and conveying the appeal of manufacturing.
