We have changed the check items on the production process sheets used on-site from handwritten to a QR code scanning system.

By scanning the QR codes with a dedicated app, the work times for each process can be recorded for each worker, and the data is managed through a cloud-based workflow. This reduces the time previously spent on creating daily reports before the end of the workday, allowing more time to be allocated to other tasks and aiming for further improvement in production management.
